On your day to day Were looking for a data Analyst thats proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and has a strong opinion. You will use your analytical skills and business understanding to shed light on undiscovered issues and opportunities that can literally change the trajectory of Riverside.
What you will be doing You will have the chance to work with multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, etc.) doing the following:
* Analyze customer and user behavior and inform the teams in order to influence strategy and trajectory.
* Collaborate with the team, define KPIs and measure the impact of their teams on Riverside performance.
* Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of changes and refine strategies.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy, consistently validating and updating datasets while contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure.
* Play a key role in understanding our users and their needs.
* Lead the development of innovative data products.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and user journey optimization.
Requirements:
What Will Make You Stand Out?
* At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst in a tech company.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with A/B testing methods and the ability to make data -driven decisions.
* Proficiency in SQL is a must. Knowledge of Python for data analysis is a bonus.
* Creative thinking for product improvement.
* Understanding of business and product processes to create effective data models.
* Detail-oriented with a proven track record in quantitative fields.

The Data Analyst reports to the Prisma Power Product Director.

What Youll Do:
Collect and integrate data from various sources, including weather stations, Prisma sensor, line sensors, and SCADA systems.
Ensure data quality and consistency for accurate analysis and reporting.
Conduct statistical analysis and use data visualization tools to present findings.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of DLR systems and resilience detectors and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Interpret and communicate results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in a related field. (M.Sc./Ph.D. is an advantage)
At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong Data analysis and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing.
