Job Overview:
neoLaser is a world leader in the field of development, manufacturing, and sales of Surgical Lasers for a wide array of surgical specialties, including endovascular, proctology, and spine. neoLaser is currently performing over 6,000 surgeries a month, and exporting products to over 40 countries in Europe, America, and Asia and is experiencing strong growth.
We are looking for an Operations Specialist with a relevant academic degree and strong execution skills. This is a hands-on, Individual Contributor role. The role involves working with a variety of interfaces, managing processes, and meeting deadlines. This role involves close collaboration with various internal and external functions, including production, RA/QA, logistics, suppliers, and customers.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Interface and Orders management:
Manage the full order cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and shipments.
Shipping and Logistics
Coordinate international and domestic shipments with various freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
Inventory management
Continuous Engagement with Suppliers: Maintain a proactive dialogue with suppliers to ensure incoming shipments align with production schedules and demand forecasts
Prioritization of Deliveries: Triage and prioritize incoming stock based on current inventory levels and production timelines to prevent delays.
Accurate Stock Control: Perform regular, hands-on inventory counts and diligently update records to ensure accuracy.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Monitor for and report on any inventory discrepancies or slow-moving items, taking steps to address and resolve potential issues.
Requirements: Qualifications and skills:
Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or
Industrial Engineering and Management.
3+ years of previous experience in an operational role, as an Operations Associate, or similar position, advantage
Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high workload.
Background in the Medical Devices industry is a significant advantage.

Multitasking and Project Management skills: The ability to prioritize different tasks simultaneously, manage time efficiently, meet and track tight deadlines.

Attention to Detail and Accuracy: precise in performing operational and administrative tasks.
Quick Learner: Willingness and speed to quickly master new systems and work procedures.
Full proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills. Knowledge and proficiency in Priority and ERP systems a very strong plus
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Very good command of the English language, including the ability to read, write, and conduct business conversations.
