Direct management and leadership of a team of three recruitment coordinators.
Development and training of the recruitment team as part of regular work routines and according to a structured training plan.
Building and implementing recruitment tools and procedures.
Setting team priorities and managing recruitment workload within the division, as part of ongoing management and control processes.
Building and monitoring data-driven KPIs, such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, sourcing time, recruitment funnels, and more.
Supporting the management of recruitment sources and academic partnerships.
Hands-on management of recruitment processes for divisional roles.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, divisional HR functions, and various headquarters teams.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree mandatory
Very good command of English
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment roles mandatory
Previous experience in team management mandatory
Knowledge and hands-on experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn mandatory
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, handle high workloads, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong service orientation, organizational and planning skills, assertiveness, and ability to drive change
