The Role
We are searching for a proactive and creative Workplace & Talent Coordinator to join our IL HR team. In this role youll manage day to day operations for one of our offices, support our Talent team with scheduling and candidate communications as well as coordinating events internally and externally. The ideal candidate is highly service oriented, organized and thrives in an in-person environment. Youll have a significant opportunity to make an impact in the office and candidate experience.
Working Hours: 08:30 to 17:30

Responsibilities
Oversee all office maintenance and operations, including grocery and office supply orders, liaising with service providers, and handling maintenance issues.
Maintain a pleasant and functional working environment at all times.
Assist coordinating company events, happy hours and gatherings.
Provide office concierges services to candidates, employees and management, including organizing parking, deliveries, and assisting international visiting employees with accommodations.
Provide scheduling interview support to the talent team.
Manage candidate communication and experience for in-person interviews.
Work closely with our office manager on ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational role.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters, ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end recruitment processes across the organization. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the Global HR Director, supporting multiple functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across various departments and locations
Manage, mentor, and support a team of five recruiters. Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and results-driven team culture focused on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with HRBPs to support hiring managers. Align recruitment efforts with workforce planning, ensuring proactive talent solutions across departments.
Manage and allocate workloads across the recruitment team, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end hiring process. Take a hands-on role in leading complex or senior-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and contract coordination.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Act as a strategic advisor on market trends, talent needs, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure a seamless, engaging, and brand-aligned candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Leverage data and recruitment tools to streamline processes, improve sourcing efficiency, and support informed decision-making.
Own and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
Track and report on key recruitment KPIs. Use insights to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team on headcount planning, budget tracking, and recruitment policy alignment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in leading end-to-end hiring processes within fast-paced, high-growth global environments.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and modern assessment methods.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms experience with Comeet (Spark Hire), HiBob, and Looker is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with implementing AI and automation in recruitment processes is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and decision-making.
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
Fluent English both written and spoken is required.
