Our Cloud Maintenance Operations team is hiring for an operator role.

What youll do:
Perform maintenance activities on cloud infrastructure using various tools and methods
Troubleshoot and debug basic errors related to the maintenance activities
Read and analyze logs to identify issues
Coordinate maintenance activities and execute them
Escalate major issues to the relevant teams
Monitor large scale maintenances in real time
Perform post-maintenance checks for health and performance
Build upgrade and optimization batches
Follow and constantly improve runbooks.
Requirements: Student in a technical field or relevant technical experience (working in shifts- 80%-100% scope of work)
Basic understanding of networking
Basic understanding of cloud computing
Familiarity with Linux and Windows
Troubleshooting skills
Organized
Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including 24/7 availability and working in shifts around the clock.
