What will you do:
The support team provides expert Technical Support for Italian-based and worldwide clients and is responsible for:
* Installation, configuration, and fine-tuning our products remote and on-site.
* Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support.
* Create supporting documentation and knowledge base for customers.
* Providing formal remote and on-site training with on-the-job training to our customers.
* Providing Tier2 support including in-depth investigations and providing workarounds to various problems while meeting SLAs.
* Working closely with the SOC, R&D teams to ensure quick resolution.
* Understanding customer needs and helps to shape the company`s product.

Requirements:
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms with an emphasis on Windows Server.
* Good knowledge of Linux distribution and or Mac.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch service. (written and verbal)
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Networking protocols & Networking tools (TCP/IP, Ports, Wireshark, Telnet, Netstat, etc..).
* Excellent problem-solving.
* Team player.
* Multi-tasking.
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong fluency in the English language (written and verbal) You may also have:
* Familiarity with the cybersecurity domain.
* Experience working with Active Directory Forests / Sites / Replication / Gpo etc.
* Experience working with SCCM, SIEM, and other assets management solutions.
* Experience with Databases, ELK & SQL queries

Responsibilities:
* Manage E2E Veeva implementation and enhancement projects, overseeing project plans, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications to deliver solutions on time and within budget
* Design, configure, and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.
* Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
* Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
* Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features, and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Veeva CRM implementor or administrator.
* Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM configurations, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
* Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva event Management - an advantage.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva CRM, Veeva Administrator, Veeva Vault).
* English - Fluent
