What Youll Do
Lead the design and development of next-generation code analysis infrastructure by building and managing a high-performing team of algorithm engineers and research scientists.
Drive technical innovation around GenAI integration into static code analysis workflows
Design and review algorithms for semantic code understanding and vulnerability detection
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Algorithm software engineers and application software engineers to to align team direction with strategic goals
Foster a strong engineering culture of experimentation, ownership, and impact.
Requirements: MSc or PhD in Computer Science (or a related field) from a top-tier academic institution Must
3+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead Must
3+ years of experience with code analysis algorithms and advanced Java development Must
Strong ability to mentor, guide, and motivate a highly technical team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must
Advantage:
Experience in designing and delivering GenAI-based products
Strong background in static and dynamic analysis (AST, CFG, DFG, taint analysis, etc.)
Familiarity with machine learning on code (supervised/unsupervised approaches)
Experience with cloud-native software development and CI/CD (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong programming capabilities in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, Go, PHP
Experience in security engineering, especially static code analysis and vulnerability classification
Background in academic or industrial research in code intelligence or ML.
