We are looking for an experienced S. Director who will lead the product operations team. He will be responsible for leading all products programs together with product excellence including annual & quarterly product planning, large scale features and strategic cross company programs. In your role, you will create together with your team an integrated cross project workplan, building and maintaining the project processes, pushing the execution, all the way from analysis, development, testing launching, migration and sunsetting the obsolete platform. The Role also requires:
Managing critical interfaces including upper management software architects, tech leads, product managers, delivery and release managers, IT, solutions and R&D and testing teams cross the company.
Leading, facilitate, synchronize and track progress of all cross-company teams involved in the project and help build and improve processes across the R&D organization.
Matrix management within the department and outer facing to other departments. The program manager will lead all product projects in parallel while handling and managing constraints and frequent changes per company prioritization in a dynamic work environment.
Proactive function who need deal with different problem and conflict solving types. A substantial part of the role includes coordinating and channeling various project resources to the progressing of one track.
Technical understanding and business orientation and good knowledge of organizational work processes and the modus operandi of the R&D department.
While this is a managerial role, you will still need to be hands on i.e. using Xl Jira and Monday.
Requirements: At least 4 years of proven experience in leading a team of managing product/technological programs in a global environment the ability to work with numerous factors, skilled at matrix management, and knowing how to activate and drive
Proven track record of handling large complex projects and datasets, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy
Technological background previously worked in development/QA
English at a high level, including verbal expression abilities and drafting documents in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent practical experience
Highly independent yet at the same time a team player.
A broad and comprehensive systematic vision, risk management abilities, and an understanding of long-term implications.
Highly proficient at managing several projects and tasks in parallel.
The ability to manoeuvr between different factors within the organization; able to work under pressure.
Proactive, creative, out-of-the-box, and original thinking in problem-solving.
