Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing key features and improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business impact.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product innovations in the fintech space.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of both new product development and existing product maintenance, ensuring the ongoing success and optimization of current offerings while innovating for the future.
Manage product roadmaps, balancing efforts between delivering new features and functionality for existing products, as well as launching new products from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure that both new and existing products are developed and maintained with a focus on high quality, scalability, and performance.
Drive the development of transformative technological changes to enhance existing products, ensuring that products remain competitive, cutting-edge, and meet customer needs.
Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
Act as a key liaison between engineering and business teams, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.

About the Role:

Youll own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and native integrations. Youll work closely with customers, engineering, design, sales, and partners to drive adoption, improve time-to-value, and make us the easiest platform to integrate with.

Youll shape how customers extend, embed, and orchestrate uswhether theyre plugging into a CRM, triggering workflows via iPaaS, or embedding our forms in external systems. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.

Required Product Manager
About the role:
As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for one or several products end-to-end including their design, development. You will contribute to the go-to-market, implementation, and support models. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers in the Tel Aviv office - as well as with outbound product management, sales, marketing, customer success, regulatory affairs, business development and other cross-functional teams abroad. Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop relationships with customers and prospects to uncover unmet needs, understand use cases and workflows and vet potential solutions. Youll also work with other members of the Product Management team, research and engineering to communicate the problems, use cases and solutions in a way that allows the broader team to truly understand what a solution that delights customers looks like.

Your day-to-day
Owning and defining product requirements and roadmap

Own the product roadmap - identify and prioritize problems and opportunities within your/other platform domains.

Communicate product updates & vision - develop a deep understanding of our offering and value proposition, and work with marketing to articulate them internally and externally.
