We are currently seeking a Payment Operation Analyst (Tier 3 Support Agent) to join our dynamic Payment Intelligence team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
In this role youll dive deep into the heart of our cutting-edge payment technologies, investigate transaction and product issues, and play a key part in shaping the future of payment around the world. Youll work closely with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams to not only solve issues but also drive proactive improvements that increase transaction success rates and enhance customer experience across the globe.
The Payment Operation Analyst will report directly to the Payments OPS Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot complex product and payment issues, and escalate as needed with full documentation.
Monitor and analyze payment and transaction patterns using advanced tools and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement continuous improvements.
Become a go-to expert on our companys payment products.
Play an active role in crafting Product Solutions Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with our global payment partners.
Requirements: At least 3+ proven experience as a Technical Support (Tier 2/3)/ Technical Analyst, / or QA role preferably from a global enterprise or tech-driven company.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding creative solutions.
Proficiency in SQL must (youll be tested!).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and solid Microsoft Office knowledge must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive under pressure, Independent, and Self-driven attitude.
Fluent English written and spoken (tested), and conversational Hebrew must
Nice to have:
Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding technical/business needs.
Background in the payments industry or fintech.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Kibana, Elastic, Qlik) a plus!
