looking for an Analyst specializing in inventory management, COGS analysis, and financial performance evaluation. This role will focus, among other things, on supporting our Operations and manufacturing activities, optimizing inventory processes, analyzing COGS, support pricing models and ensuring that business transactions are financially sound and profitable.

You will be responsible for:
Operations, supply chain, Inventory & COGS Analysis: Lead the analysis of all the business workflows that are in conjunction with building, shipping, delivering, managing, and supporting our products, ensuring accurate pricing, cost management, and profitability.
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with a focus on inventory management and COGS optimization.
Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to business units, translating supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and COGS data, into strategic insights and recommendations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, COGS and inventory performance, monitor key financial metrics, and deliver insights to improve overall profitability.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports for leadership, providing insights on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, COGS, and financial forecasts.
Process Improvement: Work to streamline FP&A processes related to supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and COGS, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency.

We are looking for a Senior Tax Specialist.
The Senior Tax Specialist will be responsible for managing/supporting any Direct Tax topics in the EMEA/MEE region, especially with focus on Israel:
Ensure that the legal entities meet internal and external compliance requirements (Corporate Income Tax, Tax Accounting, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing)
Actively manage and provide support in tax audits and litigations as well as Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs)
Manage relationships tax authorities, auditors and external tax advisors ensuring effective communication and collaboration, incl. managing of external budgets
Collaborate with Global Tax Team members to identify, plan, and execute opportunities for tax planning and tax optimization
Manage and ensure proper implementation of tax law changes, incl. the coordination with IT and key business stakeholders
Transformation of manual compliance in automated processes and identify process improvements on local and regional level
Provide guidance and support to other departments on tax-related matters, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building good business relations with key stakeholder

We are looking for a Senior Tax Specialist to support our Israeli and International tax projects and activities. As part of our tax team, your responsibilities will be to build and maintain a strong, collaborative partnership with Accounting, Logistics, FP&A, Treasury, and other teams to lead complicated tax projects and remain aligned with tax laws and regulations, enabling effective decision-making at all levels to improve our companys financial and tax performance. What youll be doing:

Prepare and maintain detailed, high-quality tax-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations within timeframe.

Provide tax advisory for internal teams and assist in structuring business operations in a tax-efficient manner

Analyse new tax legislation and its impact on the company

Work with external auditors, outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities.

Prepare and manage various projects related to international tax and transfer pricing.

Assistance in leading and coordinating tax audits.

Participate in the development and implementation of processes to improve tax compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Assist in identifying potential tax risks in contracts, including tax liabilities, withholding taxes, and potential tax exposure from cross-border transactions.
