Responsibilities:
Real-time monitoring of production systems to detect and respond to incidents.

Document and improve incident response processes, including updating runbooks and playbooks.
Collaborate with SREs and developers to drive post-mortem analysis and implement long-term reliability improvements.
Reduce alert fatigue by tuning monitoring systems and ensuring alerts are actionable.
Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring 24/7 incident response coverage.
Proactively suggest improvements to monitoring, alerting, and automation strategies.

Join our acclaimed NOC team! We are looking for a NOC Operator for a full-time position. In this role, you will focus on maximizing the availability, reliability, and performance of the banks most critical systems with 24x7x365 (Shifts) coverage. As a member of the production department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the environment and collaborating with R&D, product, QA, and delivery teams.
Your Day-to-Day
Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of all production systems, services, and infrastructure, proactively ensuring the reliability and availability of the environment.
Manage all production incidents from initial detection to final resolution, including root cause analysis.
Work closely with R&D, QA, and other operational and development teams to ensure effective management and prioritization of incidents.
Help expand the observability of production systems to improve their reliability.
Utilize a forward-thinking approach to identify and address recurring issues with sustainable solutions.
Contribute to our knowledge base by writing technical and business articles.

As a NOC Team Lead you will lead a team of Engineers who are actively monitoring our global systems and working closely with customers when they confront urgent issues.

The NOC Team Leader responsibilities include optimization of current processes and tools to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration and communication, as well as to train, manage and mentor the NOC engineers.

What You'll Do
Take active part in managing critical incidents from NOC perspective, including working with technical and business teams, and manage NOC workflows in these incidents.
Act as an escalation focal point within the NOC team, increasing NOC independence in technical areas.
Manage a growing team of NOC Engineers and their growth; Be in charge of the Engineers' professional level and constantly work to improve and develop it
Maintain and update NOC internal Knowledge Base and make sure it is up to date and well organized and accessible.
Improve NOCs monitoring and proactivity capabilities to achieve fast and accurate response to any issue.
Lead efforts for automating manual tasks such as auto-healing processes and routine tasks.
Lead processes of improvements within NOC based on incidents postmortems and data review.

Were looking for a NOC / Incident Manager Team Lead to establish and lead our Incident Management and NOC operations. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, rapid response, and continuous improvement of our production systems. You will manage a team responsible for real-time monitoring, incident coordination, and post-incident analysis, while also working closely with SREs, engineers, and leadership to enhance reliability.

Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor a small but growing team of NOC and incident management professionals.
Own the incident response process, ensuring fast, effective, and well-documented resolution of production issues.
Follow and refine monitoring & escalation protocols, reducing noise and improving actionable alerts.
Collaborate with engineering & SRE teams to prevent incidents through proactive improvements.
Define SLAs, SLOs, and incident reporting standards, providing leadership with key insights.
Drive post-mortem reviews, ensuring learnings are applied to system improvements.
Establish 24/7 operational readiness, Participate and optimize on-call rotations and shift structures.
