The Enterprise Account Manager role is developing and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders of most valuable accounts. It's important to understand customers goals, challenges, and pain points while working proactively to create processes and align on expectations. You will work with cross functional teams to assure accountability and sustain the overall health of the account. Reporting and collaborating with the Head of Global Enterprise Accounts, you'll drive revenue generation, manage partnerships, and contribute to RFPs.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years' experience in account management or sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, or Fintech industries.
Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
