POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Maritime Sales Manager, you will report directly to the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) of the company.
You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth within the maritime industry.
Leveraging your extensive experience and deep understanding of the maritime sector, you will lead our sales efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in this key market segment.
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
     Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the maritime industry, with a focus on.
acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.
     Identify and prioritize target accounts, including shipowners, ship managers, charterers, and maritime.
service providers, for business development opportunities.
     Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the maritime.
sector to drive sales and revenue growth.
     Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and sales.

     Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the maritime.

     Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and successful deal closures.
     Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting progress,
challenges, and opportunities in the maritime segment.
     Represent us at maritime industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field; MBA preferred.
     Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management within the maritime industry.
     Extensive network of contacts within the maritime sector, including shipowners, ship managers, charterers, and maritime service providers.
     Strong understanding of maritime operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
     Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
     Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit maritime sites.
