Requirements:
7 years of CRM/direct marketing experience
5 years of experience managing lifecycle marketing projects
Extensive experience with segmentation and targeting strategies
Proven mastery of HubSpot, including advanced experience with HubSpot Reports
Analytical and strong in data interpretation to provide business-minded strategies and recommendations based on data
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to achieve KPIs
Excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of the consumer. Defines and directs customer and marketing research
Bonus Points:
Experience writing or leading teams for B2B SaaS, especially PropTech.
3 or more years of team management experience
Experience with Tableau
Experience working in a company (not agency) with 100+ employees.

Team Intro
The Business Partner Managers Team work with the industrys leading export advertisers in various verticals, helping them scale at efficiency. The team is responsible for working closely with very sophisticated advertisers, maintaining high levels of engagement and relationships, in order to position as a trusted partner to help our clients grow. Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities to partner , within the Consumer Tech vertical focusing on apps and web solutions for Israeli startups.
Lead and grow C-Level client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
Be instrumental in the external narrative of in the market.
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships.
Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior media buying/client management experience from a media/advertising/marketing or a media agency perspective.
Proven knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
Demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of performance marketing and acquisition processes.
Excellent verbal and written Hebrew and English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on app promotion and/or MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partner's).
Understanding of brand marketing is a plus.
Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
