Required VP Product
We are looking for an experienced individual, to lead and grow our product.
You will have the opportunity to define and design a product that is based on analyzing the entire consumer digital footprint, bringing forward ability to interact with data, but also providing insights, alerts and recommendations to change the way marketing teams are working - from monitoring platforms to prescriptive platforms
In this role you will -
Orchestrate all products aspects - data methodology & sources, platform value, driving usage, PLG initiatives, and more.
Define and drive products strategy and vision, owning the planning process and developing a relevant road map
Lead a team of product managers, methodology experts, data analysts, and client-facing functions. Support, mentor and help grow them as individual professionals as part of a high-performing team
Manage strategy and road map execution - distribute tasks, define KPIs, timelines, and measure performance
Own both the internal product analysis and the ecosystem view - refine ICP, TAM, maintain competitive landscape, and establish strong feedback and communication channels with our existing customers.

What You'll Be Doing: Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for Incredibuild's product portfolio. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation. Product Management Leadership: Lead the product group to define and execute the product strategy. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions that keep Incredibuild at the forefront of the market. Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product management team. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential. Customer Focus: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations. Translate customer insights into product features and improvements. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision and business goals.
Manage product managers, train them and guide them to strive for excellence
Lead strategic and special projects ranging from new features development to strategy creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies
Process from inception to product delivery and reporting directly to the CEO
Work with leadership, product, engineering, and designers to formulate our vision and roadmap and then translate these to reality
Identify areas of differentiation to create great experiences for our users
Serve as an evangelist among both internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategy
Work with customers to determine needs and refine ideas with concepts and product feedback
Provide a business perspective when evaluating product investment decisions
Evaluate build/buy/partner options and create analysis to make decisions on expansion of the business
Maintain deep understanding of the market, our competition and latest industry trends

We are seeking a Director of Product Management with a proven track record in building and developing cutting-edge cybersecurity products. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
This role requires a hands-on approach, translating ideas into roadmaps and features and following product development from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation
Define and prioritize features and enhancements in the product roadmap
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the success of product development, launch, and adoption
Become a market expert and understand our customers' and prospects' requirements and expectations
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product success
Build a GTM (Go-to-Market) plan with marketing, customer success, and sales
