Requirements: Must-Have:
* At least 4 years of professional experience in React.js development, with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects successfully delivered.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
* Expertise in modern web technologies including Sass, CSS, HTML5, and an advanced understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript ES6+.
* Strong proficiency in frontend development tools and methodologies, including experience with Webpack, Redux, Flux, and efficient use of Git for version control.
* In-depth experience with performance optimization and testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
* Solid experience in developing against, and integrating with MongoDB and NodeJS environments.
* Proven ability to work with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and implement solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies.
* Hands-on experience with caching and search technologies such as Redis and Elasticsearch. Advantageous:
* Familiarity with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
* Previous engagement in a fintech global company or a large-scale online company, with a keen understanding of the challenges in high-volume, high-availability environments.
* Experience with regulatory compliance and implementing solutions under EU or other financial regulatory frameworks, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal and technical requisites in financial services.
