We are seeking a highly-motivated Finance Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a finance team in partnering with our IT, and Global Operations divisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance coupled with strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.

What will your job look like?
You will lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including training and development, workload management, and performance evaluation
You will manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting process
You will review and analyze a unit's financial past performance and forward-looking plan against the annual budget.
You will provide the business units management with data analysis and insights to support decision-making
You will take a key role in the annual budget planning process
You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit managers and other finance professionals within the finance organization.
You will Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls, and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support one of our division managers in managing the financial performance of our division. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic advice to the division manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
This is a short-term position for 8 months.
What will your job look like?
Partner with the division manager to develop and implement financial strategies that support the division's objectives and goals.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and develop financial forecasts.
Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Provide financial analysis and support for strategic projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with other functional areas within the organization to ensure alignment and consistency of financial data and analysis.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the divisional leadership team and corporate finance.

We are seeking a highly Financial Analysis to ensure accurate recording and enable decision-making, measurements, budget control and ongoing monitoring, to join our amazing team.

Collecting data from all relevant partners and reflect financial data in the system and analyze financial data, perform multiple scenarios, and identify trends.
Extract major insights and conclusions from the analysis.
Provide relevant key partners with main takeaways and recommendation.
Understand the P&L (profit & lost), plan it and monitor performance.
