Responsibilities:

Lead an automation team (3-5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.
API test automation
E2E flows automation
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight schedule

Our embedded firmware/software team is looking for an extraordinary team lead to drive state of the art technologies for unreleased products.
Our team works on core hardware components and defines the way that we calibrates, tests and manufactures its products.
To be a successful team lead on this team, your embedded fundamentals must be solid. We are a team that is a collection of top notch engineers.
Theyll need you to guide, challenge, and defend them.
You will create feature definitions, prototyping new ideas, create schedules, reporting progress to executives, hiring new people, and developing people already on the team.

About the Role:

In this role, as Software Embedded Engineer, you will join forces with a unique group of passionate engineers who are crafting state of the art embedded solutions that allows running advanced Neural Networks on hardware solutions. You will gain a deep understanding of AI internals as well as various acceleration algorithmic techniques. By designing and implementing major parts of embedded solutions You will actively contribute to bringing AI capabilities to the customers.

What will you do:

Design and implement C++ solutions for state-of-the-art AI Neural Network accelerators on both PC and DSP platforms
Design and implement software for offline analysis of vision-based neural network models in preparation for runtime inference execution.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Algorithmic and VLSI engineers.
Integrate and debug neural network execution on accelerator hardware and simulator environments.
Profile and optimize neural network execution time within a complex on-chip system architecture.

* Learning the different aspects of our products by developing features in various areas and disciplines - power electronics, control theory, DSP and communication over different platforms.
* Developing on various micro-controllers and dealing with various rt constraints.
* Ownership of a project/product from end to end- from concept and simulation, through development and integration and field deployment.
* Building complex simulations integrating SW and HW.
