Unit description:
Responsible of overseeing the contracting and sourcing activities for all Engineering services in ICL sites in Israel, including complex Engineering projects, Construction Management and (EPC/EPCM), Turnkey etc.
This position demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex high profile strategic projects while fostering close collaboration with senior management
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, ensuring their capabilities meet the company's standards for quality, cost, and delivery
Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, with a focus on contractual and quality aspects
Requirements: Business / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project contracting
Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on EPC/EPCM, Turnkey, and engineering projects
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrable track record of success in managing complex, cross-functional activities and developing/executing key procurement processes
In depth understanding of Contracting Legal / contract templates is a must

In this role, your goal will be to lead indirect services, both reactive and strategic within the Contractors category focusing on Engineering Services and projects in ICL Israel sites
You will be working as part of a team of Sourcing Managers and Operational Buyers in this category, your line manager
