Act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives
Manage a complex and dynamic CEO calendar, including coordination of multi-participant meetings across Israel and international locations
Coordinate, prepare, and manage executive meetings, extended leadership forums, and Board of Directors meetings
Prepare high-quality presentations, documents, and supporting materials for executive meetings and strategic discussions
Draft meeting minutes in Hebrew and English and monitor the implementation of management decisions
Maintain ongoing collaboration with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners globally
Coordinate and manage international business travel
Plan and manage visits, including hosting delegations, customers, and international business partners
Requirements: Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within a complex organizational environment - mandatory, or experience in a highly dynamic multi-task role within a global industrial company
Native-level Hebrew and a very high level of English proficiency (written and spoken) - mandatory
Academic degree - mandatory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Strong systems thinking combined with high attention to detail and strong interpersonal intelligence
High level of discretion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills
