As the PPC Manager at Spines, you will be a key player in driving our user acquisition strategy across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta ( facebook / instagram ) Ads, TikTok Ads, and other RTB platforms. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and analysis. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will work in a fast-paced, data -driven environment where your impact directly contributes to the companys rapid growth and success.

Requirements: Proven experience as a PPC Manager, User Acquisition Manager, or similar role, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a strong track record of optimizing for ROI.
Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, facebook Business Manager, and other ad and data platforms.
Experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, and keyword research.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Self-motivated and passionate about growth marketing and data -driven strategies.
