What Youll Do
Manage personal support services, social and cultural activities, and volunteer programs
Strengthen operational partnerships
Recruit, develop, and lead volunteer teams
Plan and deliver nationwide events and initiatives end-to-end
Oversee promotional materials and communications execution
Own CRM systems and ESRAs events calendar, driving operational excellence
Requirements: What Were Looking For
Native English + working Hebrew
2+ years managing teams/volunteers & projects in Israel
Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized
Strong execution mindset - someone who follows through
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Values-driven and people-oriented
Drivers license and access to a car
