Coordinate all stages of customer operations, overseeing order processing through delivery while maintaining excellent service quality.
Manage ongoing activities in the SAP system.
Plan and coordinate the production of the company's products with various manufacturers and suppliers abroad, including managing requirements and purchase orders.
Lead and coordinate the weekly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, highlighting supply gaps, and managing inventory.
Monitoring and control of import shipments with the various forwarders.
Provide support for supply chain reports abroad, including presentations and Excel reports.
Initiate and support projects that improve supply chain processes, efficiency, and cost saving
Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field - mandatory.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role - mandatory.
Experience working in SAP systems (advantage) or a similar ERP system - mandatory.
Work experience and expertise in Excel - mandatory
High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew (writing, speaking, and presenting) - mandatory.
