Join a global digital marketing group working with a major US-based enterprise client.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with long-term ownership over a large-scale account - focused, high-impact work without juggling dozens of small clients.
What Youll Do
- Lead the overall performance strategy across multiple paid channels
- Manage a multidisciplinary team including PPC, analytics and client-facing professionals
- Drive growth, optimization and media performance for large-scale campaigns
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on the client side
- Analyze data, identify opportunities and turn insights into action
- Oversee reporting, measurement frameworks and performance planning
- Collaborate daily with international teams and English-speaking clients
Requirements: - Proven managerial experience leading performance/client teams
- Strong hands-on background with Google Ads
- Experience with at least one additional Paid Social platform (Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
- Experience managing large media budgets
- High-level English - spoken and written
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with reporting/ data tools
- Experience in digital marketing / agency / Ad-Tech environments
- Bachelors degree - mandatory
