We are looking for a NPI Engineer to join our team!

Accompanying the transition from development to production (NPI) for products that integrate mechanics, electronic circuits, and communication. This involves working closely with development teams as well as production departments both locally and overseas.
Leading the CCB process approving or rejecting the implementation of changes in mass production.
Providing Technical Support for production lines at the companys various production sites as part of the Engineering Department's operations.
Improving the technical documentation for the various products (schematics, ATP/ ATR/ Calibration/ Programming documents).
Writing change instructions for work procedures.

Lead SI analysis and modeling for high-speed digital interfaces such as SerDes.
Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations using tools such as HFSS, ADS, HSPICE, Ansys SIwave, or Cadence Sigrity
Define stack-up, impedance targets, routing rules, and constraints to meet performance and compliance standards
Provide design guidelines and layout reviews for PCB and package teams to ensure SI integrity
Evaluate and model interconnects including vias, connectors, cables, backplanes, and packages
Support board bring-up and correlation of simulations with lab measurements using TDR, VNA, and high-bandwidth oscilloscopes
Drive root cause analysis and resolution of SI-related issues found in design validation or production
Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for high-speed design and SI analysis

Design and develop high-performance, multi-layer PCBs for production line testers.
Own board-level schematic design, component selection, layout guidance, and bring-up
Work with simulation tools for signal and power integrity (e.g., HyperLynx, SIwave, etc.)
Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure proper high-speed routing and stack-up decisions
Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools
Support prototype builds and transition to manufacturing, including DFM/DFT reviews
