Key Responsibilities
Lead the organization's AI and innovation initiatives.
Identify, evaluate, and define high-value business use cases for AI adoption.
Design, develop, and deploy intelligent Agents, Assistants, and Generative AI solutions.
Build business process automations using AI, Cloud Code, and Low-Code platforms.
Work with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure-based AI services.
Integrate enterprise data sources, ERP systems, SAP, Power BI, and knowledge repositories to create intelligent workflows and decision-support solutions.
Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Knowledge Management, and Agentic AI solutions.
Collaborate closely with data Science, BI, IT, and business teams.
Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs), evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend architectures and AI platforms.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Hands-on experience developing and implementing AI Agents, Assistants, or LLM-based solutions.
Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
Experience designing and implementing business automations and intelligent workflows.
Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading adoption initiatives.
Ability to independently lead projects from concept to production.
