Responsibilities:
Build roadmap for AI tools within our product offering that transform how dairy farmers work.
Dive deep into discovery: Talk to farmers, understand their reality, get obsessed with identifying the big problems.
Build roadmap for internal AI tools that change the way we work as a company; Champion AI adoption internally and externally make it accessible, valuable, and exciting.
Balance quick wins with long-term bets for high impact, lead rapid POC to Production cycles and deliver measurable impact.
Requirements: 3-5 years in product management, with 2+ years working on AI products
You are sharp in identifying problems that need solutions ,rather than build solutions that look for a problem.
You understand AI, you live AI, you spend hours a weeks learning. Youve shipped AI features that people actually use.
Youre data-driven but not data-paralyzed. You use metrics to guide decisions, not make them for you, and you can function when data is lacking
