What You'll Do
Own features and product development through a full life cycle (e.g., ideation, design, implementation, launch).
Engage with customers and our customer success teams to identify and prioritize our customers' problems and needs, gather feedback to iterate on existing products, and identify opportunities to drive solutions that best solve these problems while advancing our business goals.
Dive into data and conduct market research to identify trends and understand the competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches.
Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.

As a Sr Product Manager , you will lead a dedicated cross-functional pod responsible for a specific area of the VantagePoint platform. You will own the pods product strategy, roadmap, discovery and delivery-working closely with engineering, product design and business stakeholders to solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is an individual-contributor role with significant product ownership. You will lead through influence and shared direction rather than through direct people management.

Focus of the Role
Lead the product direction and day-to-day execution of a dedicated VantagePoint pod.
Develop a deep understanding of the pods customers, users, market and business objectives.
Translate customer and business needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap.
Create alignment across engineering, design and commercial teams.
Deliver product improvements that support customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the VantagePoint capabilities within your pod.
Work with product leadership and relevant department leaders to ensure the pods direction supports the wider company and product vision.
Identify customer problems, market opportunities and product improvements through research, data and stakeholder feedback.
Build clear business cases and define the expected customer and commercial outcomes of product initiatives.
Communicate priorities, decisions and trade-offs clearly across business functions and geographies.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale.

This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time.

The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. Your responsibilities will include:

Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback.
Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions.
Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality.
