The Graviton Software team is looking for Software Engineers to develop tools to drive the optimization of open source and internal applications. part of us, designed Graviton as a strategic initiative to improve how software works at our scale. Graviton is Arm-based CPU that delivers better performance, lower price and lower carbon footprint over comparable x86-based instances.

Key job responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will:
- Build software framework for tools to analyze performance of hardware and software components.
- Leverage existing perf tools like sysstat, sysctl, perf, etc.
- Automate the collection and analysis of processor, OS and workload performance data.
- Help external customers and various internal services like Lambda, Elastic Map Reduce, ElastiCache, and RDS to troubleshoot bottlenecks and to optimize the architecture, algorithms, and deployment on Graviton.
- Work on Linux and other open source code, improving it and contributing the changes back to the community.
- Play an instrumental role in driving the roadmap to deliver cost-effective and performant computing systems.
- Use and further develop your deep knowledge in areas including design, implementation, and data analysis.

SRD is a high-performance, low-latency transport protocol used within our infrastructure to optimize network performance. SRD powers several high-impact, cutting-edge products, including on-demand ML and HPC platforms leveraging EFA, next-generation storage services built on EBS, and the future of AWS network traffic.

As an Embedded Software Engineer on the SRD team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize SRD technology across AWSs network infrastructure. You will work on cutting-edge, high-performance platforms that power ML, HPC, and storage-intensive workloads.
Your role will involve designing, deploying, and maintaining the SRD codebase, ensuring its reliability and scalability to meet the demands of diverse applications. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the various platforms and services running SRD within AWS, diving deep to understand their unique challenges and complexities.

Collaboration will be key, as you will work across multiple teams at different layers of the software stack. You will also contribute to defining new hardware modules and enabling offloads to enhance performance.

As an Embedded Software Engineer in the SRD team your primary role will be to develop and optimize the implementation of SRD technology across AWS's network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, deploying, and maintaining SRD code-base, ensuring its reliability and scalability to accommodate the demands of various applications.
Youll be familiar with the different platforms and services that run SRD in AWS. Youll need to deep-dive to understand the different challenges and complexities each of them has. Youll work with multiple teams both on layers bellow and above SRD SW stack often even define new Hardware modules and enable new offloads to optimize performance.

We are looking for a Server Integration Lead to be part of defining, shaping and integrating solutions to next generation of our cloud platforms. Our success depends on our world-class server infrastructure; were handling massive scale and rapid integration of emergent technologies.

Key job responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end validation and integration process for new server hardware platforms entering production-scale data center environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineering, firmware, capacity planning, and infrastructure operations to align deployment readiness with business objectives.
- Establish and track KPIs such as failure rates, test coverage, and integration velocity to continuously improve infrastructure readiness and time-to-market.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across vetting, provisioning, and early-life testing workflows, automating manual processes wherever possible.

A Senior Security Engineer is expected to be proficient in multiple domains. This is a leadership role within the Annapurna security team and you will be sought out for advice on technical and business issues. Efficient time management skills are required along with the ability to deliver results in the face of uncertainty. A Senior Security Engineer will proactively share knowledge across the community and will be a key company resource in one or more of the core areas of security. He will lead security reviews of large projects while setting standards and defining best practices for our Security teams.

Engineers in this role must show exemplary judgment in making technical trade-offs between short versus long term security and business goals. They must also demonstrate resilience and navigate difficult situations with composure and tact. A broad understanding of the business and its interconnections is required. This position will also provide training, advice, and mentorship to other engineers throughout us.
