We are seeking a mechanical engineer to join the R&D department of an aesthetic medical device company. In this position you will be creating detailed designs of multidisciplinary projects while working on multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be closely working with other teams within the R&D department (software, electronics, physics, NPI) and the engineering team. You will work with subcontractors in Israel and abroad and validate the supplied parts/assemblies.

Production Planning, develop, monitor and update detailed production plans to ensure timely completion of production schedules. Coordinate with the production team to align resources and timeline. Subcontractor Management, build and manage detailed production plans, including forecasts for subcontractors, ensuring alignment with overall production schedules. Material Coordination, ensure material availability for production by coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams. Report material shortages for the short -term production, track and follow up. Capacity Planning, evaluate production capacity and recommend adjustments to meet short-term and long-term goals. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

The Nitro core software team develops solutions for the Nitro System-on-Chip (SoC). As a part of our team, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing infrastructure for Nitro core software. You will develop and optimize continuous integration and delivery workflows using frameworks such as Jenkins and internal CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient build, test, and deployment processes.

CI/CD Infrastructure Development - Building, maintaining, and improving automated testing pipelines using Jenkins, internal CI/CD frameworks, and related DevOps tooling to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable test execution.

Membership Engagement & Retention:

- Assume ownership and manage the relationship with key accounts within the building(s) you oversee.
- Ensure all accounts within your building(s) have an assigned point of contact.

- Tour and sell space to new and existing members by articulating value proposition.

- Create and maintain relationships with partners in the local ecosystem.
