What Youll Do
As a Staff PM, youll:
Own the Knowledge Platform and Knowledge Apps, CMS, and AI-powered knowledge distribution tools - used by thousands of customers and internal agents daily.
Drive the automation and intelligent maintenance of large-scale, ever-changing content systems, especially around global labor laws and compliance data.
Partner deeply with content, engineering, design, AI, support, legal, and GTM teams to build both backend systems and polished frontend experiences.
Shape how knowledge is structured, stored, and distributed - from schema design to UX surface.
Elevate our companys UI quality by using the Knowledge Hub as a flagship product for design and usability.
Balance internal efficiency (CMS) with external delight (Hub, AI, and embedded surfaces).
Drive clarity and rhythm within the team - managing planning, priorities, and execution through structured but lightweight agile practices.
Work with our Knowledge content team to ensure the highest quality knowledge content.

A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
You'll define and execute the product roadmap for our billing systems, working closely with engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that build our revenue engine.

Define the business and technical requirements for products and features. Write clear and concise product specs, and other product documentation.

Were looking for a talented and technically-minded Technical Product Manager to help shape the next generation of the Akeyless Platform. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical experience, and deep understanding of modern security architectures such as Machine Identity Management, IAM, IGA or PAM.

Youll collaborate closely with engineering, customers, and leadership to define and deliver innovative capabilities that secure and streamline enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Partner with engineering to define detailed specs, review designs, test releases, and validate user experiences.
