Job Description:
Taking ownership of customer issues reported by customers and prioritizing them based on urgency and importance
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Coordinating support case resolution with the appropriate internal teams: Sales, Professional Services, Product
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of critical or unresolved issues,
Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in Technical Support, Tier 2 Support, Technical Services, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to independently investigate complex technical issues.
Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and web-based applications.
Hands-on experience working with Linux systems and application logs.
Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, ports, certificates, proxies, and load balancers.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Ability to reproduce technical issues and clearly document findings and steps to reproduce.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong ownership mindset and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML, IAM, or access management.
