Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across hardware, software, RF, and network layers, both on-site and remotely
Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory
Act as the trusted technical advisor to customers stakeholders, throughout the full project lifecycle
Conduct site surveys, RF environment assessments, and infrastructure readiness reviews ahead of every deployment
Translate complex operational use cases and threat scenarios into system configurations and deployment architectures
Lead customer acceptance testing (SAT), sign-off procedures, and operational readiness reviews
