This role combines the responsibilities of a Retention Campaign & Customer Life-Cycle Specialist, along with Email Marketing for the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and execute end-to-end retention campaigns to engage existing customers and increase loyalty and retention rates.
