We're looking for a Business Operations Manager who is a sharp analytical thinker and a strong business operator: commercially minded, execution-focused, and skilled at aligning stakeholders to drive results. You'll own a key part of the early freelancer journey on Fiverr, driving execution across Acquisition, Onboarding, Vetting, Quality & Trust, so that freelancers are successfully activated and reach their first engagement on the platform.
What am I going to do?:
Own your business targets: Track the performance of your area, critically review the numbers, identify growth opportunities, and take action to pursue them. Drive cross-functional initiatives: Take strategic initiatives from idea to impact, working closely with Product, data, Product Marketing, and other teams to align stakeholders and deliver business outcomes. Conduct business research: Investigate the competitive landscape, extract relevant benchmarks, and build data -driven business models that support strategic decisions. Use data and AI: Analyze metrics with data, Excel, and AI tools, optimize processes, and deliver sharp, clear reporting. Operate with independence: Make decisions, manage trade-offs, and proactively flag what needs leadership visibility. Build partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with colleagues across the business, so you're part of key decision-making discussions.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in business, strategy, or analytical roles, preferably in business operations or consulting
* Experience formulating and implementing strategic initiatives
* Strong analytical skills: interpreting data, running qualitative and quantitative research, and turning results into clear takeaways
* Strong operator mindset: outcome-driven, hands-on with execution, and comfortable owning results end-to-end
* Proven stakeholder management across Product, data, Marketing, and business leaders
* A collaborative, low-ego team player who works well both independently and as part of a broader group
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced English
