Were looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager - B2B to own, lead, and scale our B2B product domain. This is a high-impact role with true end-to-end ownership: from defining vision and strategy, through discovery and execution, to launching and scaling products used by business customers at scale. Youll play a key role in shaping our B2B strategy and turning it into measurable business growth. Youll work hand-in-hand with Business, Customers, Sales, Data, and R&D teams, driving products that are both customer-centric and revenue-driven.
Responsibilities
Own the entire B2B product domain - vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Lead a horizontal, holistic view of all B2B products, ensuring alignment, scalability, and strong business impact.
Take an active role in defining and executing B2B growth strategy, including pricing, packaging, and customer journeys.
Build new B2B products and capabilities from ideation and discovery through launch and scale.
Develop new monetization models and revenue streams.
Drive product-led growth within existing business customers.
Collaborate closely with Business, Sales, Customer teams, Data, and R&D.
Define product roadmaps, write clear and impactful PRDs, and lead execution with development teams.
Set, track, and drive product success using OKRs and data-driven insights.
Support our overall growth by scaling B2B products alongside the companys expansion.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Proven experience leading B2B or enterprise products.
Experience working with SaaS platforms.
Strong ownership mindset with a proven track record across the full product lifecycle.
Hands-on experience working closely with development teams.
Experience with B2B growth strategies - a strong advantage.
Ability to balance customer needs with business and revenue goals.
Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
