Responsibilities
Establish and lead a new team of skilled software engineers, setting a high technical and cultural bar.
Recruit, grow, and mentor top engineering talent, ensuring a healthy and high-performing team.
Define and evolve the platforms technical architecture and roadmap, from early design to scaled implementation.
Drive end-to-end ownership of product delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, Data, and other stakeholders to align on goals and drive execution.
Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-availability payment services and infrastructure.
Build systems with future scale, extensibility, and compliance in mind.

As a senior Product Manager on the Enterprise and platform team at you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of security features from end-to-end. Among other things, your position will involve the following:

* Define feature specifications based on familiarity with market, customer needs, and technical considerations
* Maintain and prioritize development backlog
* Communication with customers, aggregating feedback and promoting new features
* Work with UX designers, engineers and security experts to design and deliver product features
