We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our foundational in-app agent, Assistant.
Assistant is a powerful agent thats omnipresent across the platform, has access to a wide variety of tools, and helps users leverage all of our capabilities in their day-to-day tasks.
You'll own:
Assistant: a strategic product within our agentic agenda, from vision and roadmap through execution.
Scaling Assistant as a cross-platform capability.
Defining and prioritizing the roadmap, product requirements, and key investments for your domain.
Designing product experiences that enable effective collaboration between revenue professionals and AI agents.
Communicating product vision, value, and functionality to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Empowering and enabling our product and development groups enhance their products value through Assistant.
You'll solve:

Requirements: How youll succeed:
Have 5+ years experience as a product manager, with a proven background in SaaS products .
Experience shipping agentic AI products to end-users at scale.
Passionate about creating and building new products.
Experience working in established SaaS companies with significant operations that include Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and internal tools.
Comfortable working on platform-like capabilities, workflow systems, automation, integrations, permissions, AI-powered products, or other technically complex domains.
You enjoy taking responsibility and ownership over the products you create.
You have technical understanding, ideally with experience building user management and permissions for enterprise customers.
Fluent or very proficient in English.
Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
