- Document all incidents in ticketing system and follow them to successful resolution
Requirements: Technical orientation
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba routing, switching, and wireless topologies and their corresponding devices
Build and update technical documentation and inventories
Configure and troubleshoot switching and routing and protocols
Configure and troubleshoot APs and Wireless networks
Analyze and solve complex network issues
Clear communicator in the English language (both written and verbal)
Ability to work according to a Standard Operating Procedure
Ability to work on different sites (according projects, incidents)
Ability to work in an on-call shift outside of working hours (in case of outage/issues)
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Must be a team player
