Key Responsibilities

Take a proactive role in a business-driven Squad and own your domain
Design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor backend infrastructure and business features
Maintain high-quality standards and write readable, testable, modular, and maintainable code
Build tools and processes to improve and accelerate our development lifecycle and take our road safety solutions to the next level
Collaborate while sharing your knowledge with other team members throughout the R&D
Guide and mentor engineers across teams, fostering collaboration and elevating technical standards
Take ownership of backend infrastructure initiatives, from design to implementation, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and system performance
Contribute to the adoption and integration of Generative AI tools and practices to enhance developer productivity and code quality
Shape core infrastructure decisions and lead backend architecture at scale
Act as a multiplier for engineering excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration

We are looking for an experienced senior backend developer for a new project intended to create and build a new platform for the next generation of cutting-edge software, based on a modern platform to enable innovations and integration of different software and technologies.


As a senior developer, you will lead the creation of this new platform. You will lead brainstorming and discussions along with Product to build this new Platform. Also, taking part in the team building as well as delivering new features, and building the infrastructure for the new SaaS.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and talented backend developer who wants to be a visionary, is passionate about building scalable and reliable products from scratch, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


What youll do:

Participate in designing and building the architecture of the new product.

Take ownership of parts of the new platform infrastructure building.

Define and implement POCs for new technologies and tools.

Implement features and new technologies integrations following POCs.

Take part of design and code reviews.

Take part to set the standards of end-to-end automation development.

We are seeking a backend developer to join our team and help develop our rapidly growing application.

In this role, you will participate in implementing complex features for a very intelligent system used by major insurance companies and banks around the world.

You will also be involved in the entire process, from product requirements and technical design to implementation and delivery.

Please Note - This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, expected to last approximately 6 months.


What you will do:

Implement and deliver new features based on product requirement.

Participate in design discussions and conduct code reviews.

Develop unit and integration tests.

Assist in resolving real-time customer issues.
