As a Product Marketing Director you will own the marketing, product and business strategy and deployment of a winning new market category.
Main Duties:
Own the go-to-market and marketing strategy and implementation of the assigned product portfolio across the different organizational functions and regional entities
Take an active part in the product strategy and roadmap discussions of new products and their introduction to the market
Develop the products key value proposition and messaging per key stakeholders throughout the conversion funnel, and develop sales and marketing, competitive and
economic tools.
Work closely with global markets and partners and actively drive the relationship, and translation of global marketing strategy to regional strategy
Develop global go-to-market strategies (segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing) to drive market share and profitable growth
Perform business intelligence, market & competitive analysis and translate them into actionable business goal
In cooperation with the Clinical department, developing educational tools and programs for customers on the clinical value and product use to drive adoption of our offering in
the field.
Be the Global Product Champion! Instill a sense of excitement about our products within the organization, and the relevant community, and drive growth throughout our global
markets.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related field
MBA from a leading institution
10+ years of experience in a global product marketing role, product, business, or comparable role
Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy - advantage
Fluent English - solid spoken and written skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills (proficiency in excel is a must)
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence and motivate others in a cross functional organization
Ability to work self-sufficiently with strong sense of initiative, and excel in a high-paced, always changing environment
Can-do and hands-on mentality, positivity, and willingness to think outside the box to continuously improve our products and solutions
Must be passionate and charismatic and be able to instill those qualities in others
Proven ability to work globally; willingness to travel internationally
