What you'll be doing:
Work closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for the Field Service product area, articulate it clearly and convincingly, and guide the team through its implementation

Running reviews that sharpen the work and building fast, reliable feedback loops the team can trust.
Team leadership & hands-on: Lead and develop a team of experienced designers day to day, coaching, unblocking, and leveling up taste and channel literacy. WHAT YOULL DO :
Produce high-quality videos from start to finish while maintaining a fast pace.
Develop and execute short video courses, including designing learning paths and writing curricula.
Extract, write and create coherent training scripts from product managers and other SMEs, documentation, and internal resources.
Keep the academy portal updated as the product changes, track new features and be on top of modifications.
Design infographics, including architecture diagrams, in collaboration with SMEs.
