AS a Senior Data Analyst to join our R&D team, you will be responsible for- shaping how we understand data, drive insights, and influence strategic decisions across the company. Responsibilities
Analytics

Analyze product usage and customer behavior across multiple SaaS products to uncover insights that guide roadmap priorities and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Snowflake, Redash, Metabase, Hellicone and Mixpanel to support Product, GTM, and leadership teams.
Define and track key metrics such as activation, retention, adoption, ARR growth, and engagement.
Run ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support experiments or feature evaluations.
Develop SQL queries and models to ensure data integrity and availability for decision-making.
Support cross-functional metric alignment and data governance across Product and GTM functions.
Introduce best practices for data analysis.
Product Operations

Partner with product managers to maintain tools like Jira and Jira Product Discovery, ensuring consistent tracking and clean instrumentation.
Contribute to the OKR process, including progress tracking, performance reporting, and cross-team alignment.
Support and improve operational cadences - including product performance reviews, roadmap tracking, and release reporting.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to enhance analytics setup and data workflows.
Help scale best practices in how product and GTM teams use data to inform decisions.

About the role
As a Product & Data Analyst, you will take ownership of product analytics, along with responsibility over our BI infrastructure.
