Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of our web application to ensure features work as intended and deliver a seamless User Experience.
Review requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design effective TEST cases.
Create, maintain, and execute TEST cases, TEST plans, and regression suites. TEST features across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee consistent behavior.
Log detailed, actionable bug reports and track issues through resolution. Work closely with developers during the release cycle to validate fixes and verify quality.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute QA insights to improve product planning. Document testing processes, scenarios, and results to support internal stakeholders. (Growth path)
Collaborate with the engineering team to gradually introduce automated tests and improve TEST coverage.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of networking and network protocols (familiarity with most or all layers of OSI model)
At least 4 years of QA experience in complex, multi-layered SW systems
Programming experience - scripting and/or OOP
