What Youll Do:
Lead the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across departments, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery
Identify inefficiencies across the organization and implement streamlined, scalable solutions
Track and operationalize the companys OKRs, follow up on action items, and ensure teams stay focused on what matters most
Tackle ambiguous or complex challenges, break them down into actionable steps, and help teams move forward
Build and share clear updates, decks, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned
Create and manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Partner with teams across the company to analyze data and support effective decision-making
Contribute to the companys operating rhythm by supporting OKRs, planning cycles, and key business rituals alongside the rest of the BizOps team.

Provide strategic and technical leadership for a team of managers and senior technologists developing the core datapath components of our cloud-native cybersecurity platform.
Own the delivery and lifecycle of multiple complex projects from architecture to deployment ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Define project scopes, goals, schedules, and resource plans; manage execution, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Drive technical problem solving, system reliability, and product quality improvements across the organization.
Collaborate closely with peer organizations (product management, customer support, and cross-functional engineering teams) to align goals and ensure end-to-end system success.
Stay ahead of industry trends, cloud advancements, and cybersecurity technologies; promote a culture of technical innovation and operational excellence.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members; build a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
Communicate program status, key challenges, and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Build and maintain secure cloud networking infrastructure including VPCs, subnets, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Prepare annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, and coordinate the annual audit, including liaising with external auditors.
Handle tax-related tasks, such as preparing annual tax returns, overseeing transfer pricing studies, and managing 1099 reports (US).
Supervise payroll for our Israeli entity.
Manage the companys ESOP database and maintain ongoing communication with the 102 trustee.
Assist with the budgeting process, including preparation of the annual budget and conducting Budget vs. Actual analysis.
Play a key role in implementing a new ERP system.
