Required Product Manager
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Required Data Team Lead
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced Data/Backend Engineers responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure and data-driven applications
Oversee the planning and execution of the development cycle (e.g., sprints), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Define, build, and align the Data team roadmap with the company's product vision and overall R&D strategy
Analyze and optimize performance, scalability, and stability of Data team services
Collaborate effectively with other R&D teams on cross-functional projects and shared infrastructure
Take ownership of production incidents related to the Data domain, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination
Manage team performance and growth through regular 1:1 meetings, constructive feedback, periodic performance reviews, and comprehensive annual evaluations.

Required Backend Software Engineer- Platform
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Be part of team responsible for designing and implementing our next generation on-premise component that facilitates communication with our customer's IoT devices - a.k.a the native connector
Help develop & maintain the underlying infrastructure that enables scalable , cost-efficient & secure communication between our cloud-native platform and the Network components & IoT devices that reside on-premise
Research & develop features that allow remote management of components that reside on premise
Help develop & maintain our IoT agent-based embedded software solution that is deployed directly onto the IoT edge devices
Research & develop integration with various external 3rd party solutions in a cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise formations using a variety of APIs, including REST, SDKs, and other network protocols
Develop new backend services in micro-service architecture and cloud-native best practices
Guide and mentor team members
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of our services & integrations.

Required Fullstack Engineer- Backend Oriented
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Design and implement new backend features that are at the heart of our product's roadmap.
Help develop & maintain our BFF (Backend-For-Frontend) layer - a suite of services responsible for streamlining the process of exposing new backend features to our client-side code in a secure, scalable and cost-efficient manner.
Help develop & maintain our SSO solution for both OnPrem & Cloud based deployments. provide on-going maintenance to keep it secure and up-to-date according to industry's best standards.
Research & develop integrations with external 3rd party systems in a cloud-to-cloud formation, such as external ticketing systems, external device-registries / CMDBs etc'
Be part of a team responsible for designing and implementing our next-gen -API - our publicly available Rest-API solution, that enables our customers to easily integrate our solution with external on-prem & cloud-based systems and/or integrating our solution in various automated flows.
Develop new backend services in micro-service architecture and cloud-native best practices
Optimize performance and maintain system reliability at scale
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of our services & integrations.

Required Technical Account Manager
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Proactively manage a portfolio of customers to deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle, driving adoption and growth
Manage the onboarding of new customers and translate the customers Desired Outcomes into an implementation plan that will provide value in a timely fashion
Be the product expert and trusted advisor that your customers can go to for guidance on maximizing value our Horizon platform
Train customers to use products effectively
Make sure all customer issues and requests are handled in a timely manner while working in collaboration with all relevant teams (Product, R&D, Sales and Marketing)
Maintain high levels of customer engagement, including regular account reviews and performance planning
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive customer advocacy through case studies, referrals, and references
Actively communicate internally to address customer needs and challenges.
