As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling how the Cortex platform and products organizations operate, execute, and deliver outcomes. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, IT, and Customer-facing teams, turning complex, cross-functional challenges into clear processes, operating models, and scalable mechanisms.
You will help enable product teams to move faster with clarity and confidence by building the systems, governance, metrics, and execution frameworks that support one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity platforms in the world.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve core product operating processes across the Cortex portfolio
Partner closely with Product Management leaders to translate strategy into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Design, implement, and scale product operating models that support complex initiatives such as migrations, platform unification, licensing changes, and large-scale customer transitions.
Serve as a central point of orchestration across Product, Engineering, GTM, Sales Ops, Finance, IT, Legal, and Support to remove blockers and drive execution.
Identify operational friction, inefficiencies, and gaps across the product lifecycle and proactively drive systemic improvements.
Drive tooling, automation, and documentation that improve visibility, predictability, and scalability of product operations, while enabling AI-ready workflows, data foundations, and decision support.
Act as a trusted operator and problem-solver for complex, ambiguous initiatives that span beyond a single product or team.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or equivalent roles in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
Proven experience operating in highly complex, cross-functional organizations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution through processes, frameworks, and clear accountability.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
Highly analytical and structured, with a strong bias toward data, metrics, and operational rigor.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity where none exists.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of owning outcomes end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Cyber domain.
