We are seeking an experienced and innovative salesforce Developer to join our dynamic project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and customize salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements
* Create and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and process builder flows
* Develop complex integrations between salesforce and other enterprise systems
* Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
* Implement and optimize reports and dashboards
* Perform thorough testing and debugging of salesforce customizations
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Ensure data integrity and system performance
* Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements: * At least 5 years of hands-on salesforce development experience, including customization and third-party integrations.
* Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components SOQL, and SOSL
* Experience with tools like Process Builder Flow Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes
* Expertise in developing Apex Triggers and Apex Classes
* Experience with salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
* Familiarity with salesforce DX and version control tools (Git).
* Experience in creating reports and dashboards within salesforce. Integration Experience:
* Proven experience in building integrations between salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS). Additional Skills:
* Relevant salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and II).
* Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Familiarity with salesforce Lightning and migration projects.
