This is a key position at the intersection of data, technology, and business managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, and leading organization-wide processes in a complex, dynamic, and forward-looking environment.



Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-driven products
Identify business needs and translate them into measurable product requirements
Lead discovery and design processes in collaboration with users and business stakeholders
Manage backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Data Science teams
Ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle (QA, rollout, adoption)

Work closely with business units, regulation, actuarial, risk, digital, service, and other teams
Lead cross-organizational processes within a large and complex enterprise

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Statistics / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management)
At least 3 years of experience in data or product-related roles: Data Product / BI Product / Analytics / Product with strong data orientation
Full proficiency in SQL and BI tools required
Proven experience leading data-driven products or processes in a large organization
Experience in KPI definition, measurement, and deriving business insights
Familiarity with ML and GenAI domains strong advantage
Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to inspire and mobilize people and ideas
