What Youll Be Doing?

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Assist in managing the revenue cycle, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections
Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation for audits
Work closely with external auditors and accounting service providers
Assist with budget tracking and financial analysis

This is a hands-on finance role responsible for managing and supporting the companys accounting operations, financial reporting, and control processes in a fast-growing, international environment. The role combines strong ownership of day-to-day accounting activities with financial oversight, reporting, and process development, supporting accurate US GAAP reporting and scalable finance operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Own and continuously improve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Oversee the revenue cycle, including revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and revenue-related metrics
Track budgets and perform actual vs. budget analysis
Prepare corporate annual tax returns and statutory financial statements
Coordinate ongoing work with external auditors, bookkeepers, banks, and third-party vendors
Prepare accounting schedules, supporting documentation, and audit materials, and manage communication with auditors
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the companys financial KPIs
Initiate and lead automation of accounting and finance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborate closely with finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders

Lead the strategic product vision and define long-term roadmaps that align with business goals and market opportunities.
Drive the success of multiple platform domains, ensuring consistent value delivery and differentiation in a highly competitive cybersecurity landscape.
Translate complex customer challenges, industry shifts, and threat intelligence developments into product strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Threat Research, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to ensure priorities are executed and scaled effectively.
Represent the product strategy externally: engage with key customers, analysts, and industry leaders to validate direction and strengthen market positioning.
Oversee go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, ensuring product launches are impactful and aligned with growth objectives.
Continuously evaluate product performance through data, feedback, and competitive intelligence, adjusting strategies to maximize adoption and customer outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights that shape corporate strategy and investment decisions.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building and scaling mission critical backend services that power intelligence platform handling large volumes of data, complex pipelines and high-availability systems. You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical leadership, working closely with product, research and operations to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that directly support the companys growth and business goals.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead and grow a backend engineering team, creating a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
Own the design, development, and delivery of backend services, APIs and data pipelines in a cloud-native, microservices-based environment.
Work closely with Product, Research, and Operations to translate business and intelligence needs into scalable technical solutions.
Drive technical and architectural decisions within your domain, balancing performance, reliability, and cost.
Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
Be hands-on in the code (around 50-60%), leading by example.
Take full ownership of your teams roadmap, delivery, and technical health.
Technology stack includes: C#, NestJS, Kubernetes, Kafka, and various relational and non-relational databases, Elasticsearch.

In this role, you will work closely with global enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of threat intelligence platform. This position combines customer relationship management, product expertise, and cyber threat intelligence knowledge to ensure successful adoption, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Lead customer onboarding and training sessions on KELAs platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, support needs, and escalations.
Ensure successful product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Intelligence to represent customer needs.
Manage customer renewals and contribute to upsell opportunities.
Support customers in leveraging cyber threat intelligence to improve their security posture.
Maintain high service standards and continuously improve the customer experience.
Occasional international travel may be required.

The role includes managing and building full-stack engineering teams, overseeing architecture and product development, recruiting engineers, defining development processes and technology standards, and driving a tech strategy that supports the companys growth and business goals.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including team leads and senior engineers.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers and engineering leaders, fostering a strong growth-oriented culture.
Take end-to-end ownership of delivery, quality, and reliability for your groups products and services.
Translate high-level engineering and product strategy into clear execution plans and milestones.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to plan roadmaps, prioritize work, and align on scope and delivery.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical and design decisions.
Implement, maintain, and continuously improve development processes (Agile/Scrum).
Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top engineering talent.
Work closely with other engineering managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment across teams and domains.

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our products end to end, from system design and architecture to implementation of microservices and modern web interfaces. You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical leadership, working closely with product to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that directly support the companys growth and business goals.
